Hallo, ich suche einer Alternative zu "Print me pretty" dort konnte man in UK günstig Stoffe bedrucken, mit eigenem Motiv. Ich hatte das mit einem Mangabild gemacht, das war ganz gut. Leider gibt es die Seite nicht mehr. Wo lasst ihr eure Stoffe bedrucken?

Das würde mich auch interessieren, bzw ob ihr es überhaupt schon mal ausprobiert habt und welche Erfajrungen ihr damit gemacht habt.

Ich kenne hier Stoffn, Stoffschmiede und Spoonflower, hatte mir auch schon Stoffproben schicken lassen, habe es aber noch nie ausprobiert.

Bei Spoonflower kannst du eigene Designs drucken lassen oder anderer Leute Designs kaufen. Preis ist etwa so, wie man es bei so einem Dienst erwartet, aka nicht billig, Qualität ist ok, aber nicht überwältigend.

Als ich es mal ausprobieren wollte, habe ich für ein Geschenk händeringend nach einem Stoff zu einem bestimmten Thema gesucht und nirgendwo gefunden. Selbermachen wäre die Lösung gewesen. Der Haken ist allerdings, dass populäre Themen und Lizenzsachen natürlich immer mit Rechten belegt sind und nicht einfach verwendet werden dürfen.

Wäre das nur für den persönlichen, privaten Gebrauch, wie bei den ganzen Shirt/Tassen-Printläden, wäre es egal, aber diese Anbieter arbeiten ja damit, die Designs dann öffentlich zu machen und weiterzuverwenden. Das war mir dann zu joker etwas zu entwerfen, das gerade so noch passt, aber keine Rechte verletzt. Und alles, was einfach übernommen wird, ist ein No-Go.

Was damit leider auch wegfällt, ist Stoff zu reproduzieren. Man könnte ja rein theoretisch den Stoff vom kaputten Lieblingsteil nochmal nachmachen lassen. Ich habe zum Beispiel vor Urzeiten mal einen Rock aus einem wunderschönen Seidenstoff genäht, mit ganz schillernden Blautönen und Unterwasserszenario. Den Stoff noch mal zu haben, wäre toll. Aber ihn zu reproduzieren verletzt wahrscheinlich auch Rechte, geht also nicht.

Dennoch, reizvoll finde ich die Idee schon, Stoff selbst zu entwerfen.
